Appointment Cancellation Policy
To ensure the best experience for all our clients, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your massage appointment.
Cancellation Fees:

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will incur a fee of 30% of the service cost or specific dollar amount.

No-shows will be charged the full price of the scheduled service.
Exceptions: We understand that emergencies can happen. If you have an extenuating circumstance, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss potential adjustments.

Membership Policy
By purchasing our memberships, you agree to an automatic renewal every month. Your membership will renew at the end of each term unless canceled at least 30 days before the renewal date. For more details or to cancel, please log in or contact us at rmt@recovermetherapy.com
Any session not used within 60 days of the autorenewal date will be forfeited. Questions, please feel free to contact us.
