The client has 24 hours before their appointment to cancel or reschedule their session. Failure to do so will result in a $30 charge to the card on file.

To cancel your plan you can log into your account or give us a call at 407-230-0823. You must use missed sessions within 60 days from the pay date. If your plan is canceled after the payment date, your last session will be fulfilled. No Refunds will be given.
